Jersey Legend Refund & Return Policy
At Jersey Legend, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our soccer jerseys and fan gear. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions.
Conditions for Return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original saleable condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be present and intact.

Final Sale Items: Customized jerseys (with names, numbers, or patches) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if these conditions are not met.
How to Return an Item:

Request Authorization: Contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] to start a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Securely: Place the item with all original materials in a secure package. Include a note with your order number and return preference (refund/exchange).

Ship Your Return: Mail your package to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our mistake.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error.
