I see a charge on my card, but no order confirmation. What happened?
This is usually a temporary authorization hold that will drop off your account within 3-10 business days. If an order wasn’t confirmed, you were not charged. If the funds are actually deducted, please email us your details immediately so we can resolve it for you.
What if I can't complete my order online?

Order Processing & Shipping
Are all jerseys in stock?
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. However, during major tournaments, popular styles can sell out very quickly. You can see the live stock status for each specific product on its page.
Can I change my order after I pay?
We can only modify an order if it has not yet begun processing for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible with your request, and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not been packaged for shipping. See the next question for the cancellation procedure.
How do I cancel an order?

What are your shipping times?
We use tracked shipping services. For orders in the USA, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. International delivery times vary by destination, generally ranging from 7 to 20 business days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link. You can use this to follow your package's journey on the carrier's website.
My order is late. What should I do?
First, please check the tracking information for the most recent update. If there has been no movement for an extended period or the delivery is significantly past the estimate, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached. Customized items (with names/numbers) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, our team processes it within 3-5 business days. The refund is then issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Are there fees for returns?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.
